No one wants Yvenson Bernard to Leave the Beavs

Yvenson Bernard, Don’t Wanna Say GoodByeOSU.gif

For the record, Bernard has been my FAVORITE! Player for the past 3 years. I’m beside myself to see him leave the Beavers. You can always recognize him by the cluster of dreads swinging out the back of his helmet, and the bold 26 on his jersey. The team just won’t be the same without the two time co-captain and powerful tailback. Bernard helped to bring the Beavs to three bowl victories.  He’s third in the Pac-10 and 22nd in the NCAA for his 110.4 average yards per game. He’s the seventh player in Pac-10 history with three 1000+ yard seasons.  He’s ranked fourth in OSU history with his 242 career points.  If you’ve ever watched a Beaver game, except the civil war and against USC, when he was injured, you can recongnize Bernard’s grace and amazing abilities on the football field. He graduates this year with a major in Merchandise Marketing.
